SRS rock climbing chalk substitue

    i dont have any chalk on me now and cant get any for a while because im broke. does gold bond type powder or even crushed up chalkboard chalk work the same or similar?

    I wouldn't use gold bond, it has numbing medication, not good for climbing.

    Chalkboard chalk or hand chalk for pool would work well. If you don't mind the color chalk line (construction) might work.

    BTW, why is this in The Asylum? Is the lack of climbing chalk really that heart-rending?

    I wouldn't recommend using rock climbing chalk unless you like it rough. KY usually makes it slip in easier.

    I thought KY was short for KaYenne......after our first sex she limped out to her car and left and broke up with me the next day :(
