    well, it looks like i will be taking a break, i think i am getting sick, woke up today verry sore, got a headace, and feel like i am out of energy. I may go try to do ME squat day today but idunno, I am not thinking that it would be a good idea. :wtc:

    Worked to 405x2 it was real lame...

    well, this week, sucked, diet was off, the whole thing was shitty, but next qweek will be better, I will be between hoiston and corpus, so I should be able to have no problem finding time and a place to get shit done.
    hopefully me and mistich will be able to get sopme workouts in, and maybee i can go to this hardcore gym by my house, i will have to see...

    well, I get to go train with some poower lifters this week, Hopefully this will workout well. I will know tomorow at about 5:00 when i get there. so cutting is probably off this week, depending on how i feel after tomorow.:)

    How long did it take to lose the ~30 pounds?

    Did you notice any stregnth loss?

    it has taken me about three and a half months to loose the first thirty, Not really any stength loss, but my gains have almost stoped.

    ZM training
    3 sets with red bands, i believe doubled over, and chains, i think there was 60 pounds, and a 45 plate...
    and then 3 more sets with 35+5
    DB bench
    Fat ass pullups
    that was it, the shit was soo hard
    GPP tomorow, and hopefully i will havenmy damn truck running:x:

    Well, i did DE squat today, and learned quite a bit, for one i have been setting my box up wrong, it was way too low, and second, i have not bveen sitting back near enough. I have some deffinate form issues, but thankfully i think i can get them taken care of here soon.
    The day:
    DE
    Box squats 6x2x185 off of a ghigh box
    10" box squat narow stance for a double, i worked to 235
    abs, leg raises
    reverse hypers
    I dont know wehat i am gonna do when i have to go back to my shitty gym in CC... :(
    ohh, i got to flip a tire today, i got four flips on it, it was fucking bad ass

    the box I was using was about 2-3 inches to low for me

    yeah, i have been a little shady on the deffininition of parallel, and the guys cleared it up for me. i should be in good shape next week, hopefully i can get my form down a bit better. :x:

    Yea apprentaly so was I, I was going much farther than needed. My box squats jumped up once I got some experianced people to watch and tell me what I was doing wrong.

    yes, i felt much more solid, i have ME box squat monday, so i will talk to the guys i have been training with to see what height i should start at. I am still not sitting back far enough, so this is a major point for me to work on.:hsd:

    I dunno, i did not measure on the speed squat day, we just staked up some pads and platres until it was just bellow parallel, if i had to guess i would say 16 inches for speed squats the guy i was with used a 14" box, and then we stacked on a plate and a pad i think. We did our double off of a 10 inch box using a close stance. I will try like a 13-14 inch box for ME today.

    worked to 315x3 off of a 12 or 13" box, i will measure it wednesday
    GMs 4x5

    my form still has tons of work, but working with other people is definately heloping.

    wow, today sucked, went in for rep bench today, and i felt bad, real tight, couldnt get loose, everythign was painfull, so i did some light bench, tried to work on my form, and really just fuked around...
    light bench, trying to work on form/learn form hopefully i will have my shirt next week

    no training today, but i have MES tomorrow... good shit
    anyway here is my awesoem diet:
    Breakfast:
    4 biscuits, 3 eggs, and some bacon
    Snack:
    milk and reces PB cups
    Lunch:
    Easter stuff like, deviled eggs, mac and chease, ham, GB casserole, bread rolls, and some bad ass roast
    Dinner: more leftovers and an easter basket

    worked to 315x3, smae4 as lat week, tried 335x3, but no fucking go, i only got one god damn rep. And the most fucked uppart of thios was that i have not been "cutting" for a while. God damn today sucked
