Always, always check your phone while you're talking to make sure you aren't roaming. This has been a huge problem with Verizon Wireless + LG phones for me. Never second guess those phones. My phone went into roaming when i opened a door in front of the window and all reception was lost(LG VX4500) and I roamed for an hour and 40 min, as soon as I hung up, it went back into service. I don't really feel like doing service with Verizon or LG phones ever again. Can you said I got pwned? :o

And yes, I do call *228 very frequently and this phone roams everywhere. Verizon obviously does NOT have the best reception in this case.

Sprint PCS + $5 no roaming fees option = Win

You still pay roaming if you're on another network.

Besides, Sprint's Fair and Flexable > Rollover
