    Log to track training from now until my APF meet down in GA on 9/12.

    Finishing up a third wave of 5/3/1 right now, going to start working in gear, mostly my bench shirt, over the next couple weeks. Need to start learning the shirt. Have my buddy Roman coming with me on bench days to help, since that nigga is good for [email protected]

    Training buddy brought a 54 bash in, even though it's way too big for me, to help me start to actually learn how to use a shirt. As of now my raw bench and shirted bench are about the same :rofl: Hopefully over the next two months, once I start locking my technique down and move into a shirt that actually fits, things will start to come together.

    Memor what size shirt you wear?

    I've got a 48 single ply katana that I have zero use for, plus my arms no longer fit in it. It's only been used a few times. Oddly enough I can rock the 48 double RageX just fine but its a custom job so who knows.

    Werd I had a 46 super katana I was gonna use when I was 240 but no way in fuck was I ever getting my arms in that thing. Those seemed to be sized down from the ragex/f6 a good bit.

    werd, from what your PM said sounds like I'd be best off in a 42 or 44 Katana. If the KING doesn't work out I can always get Ginny to take in the chestplate and arms on my buddy's Bash I used last week and give that a shot...who knows.
