"5 x 5 working up each set to a 5rm (rep max), or try for an occasional 1-3rm."

can someone elaborate on that for me please? I am unsure what it all means

5RM = the maximum amount of weight you can do for 5 reps

5 rep max is the maximum amount of weight that you can use and still get 5 reps

if you can get more than 5 reps with the weight, it's not heavy enough

so in that statement it suggests, on the last set to occasionally do 1-3 struggling reps?

    .
choco-mint ON is great w/iced coffee.

everyone said the Rocky Road ON was :barf: but I think it's fine. :dunno: Not as good as choco-mint, maybe, but [almost] any flavor ON + Milk = :yum:.

If I'm mixing it with water, sometimes I'll add nondairy creamer; the coconut flavored creamer is good.
