been a while since ive had time to browse the forums. just read about this 'new' program - rippetoes. looks like a modified 5x5 routine, and basically down to a 3x5. so, some moron complained the 5x5 is too hard (it is, but its weightlifing, isnt it??!), so some genius said, hey you dont have to do 5x5, you can do 3x5! am i missing something or is everyone trying to reinvent the wheel?
