right elbo is hurting real bad do I need heat or cold on it??

    :wtc: I just wana finish up the week and lift on Friday. What can I do to make it feel better?

    did you just injure it?


    generally if its a recent injury, ice it

    if its unrecent, and its like a tightness or ache heat might help.

    If its a joint pain, go and get some Glucosamine Sulfate tablets. They have worked wonders for my elbows and shoulders.

    I can barly move my arm or even straighten it. I can but it hurts. It's a sharp pain that move into my forarm.

    I think I hurt it on Saturday. I did not have time to hit the gym so I did a bunch of curls and what ever shoulder work I could at home. It did start hurting on Sunday but I pushed through and did all my set on Monday and Yesterday. But last night and this morning it's really hurting.

Glucosamine is a form of amino sugar that is believed to play a role in cartilage formation and repair. Some research indicates that the supplements might also slow cartilage damage in people with OA.     Before you workout heat it for 10min then warm up on the hand bike. Then after the workout ice for 10min also.

    ya I think that's a good idea. (But got to be sneaky about it so my wife does not suspect my injury or she will not let me go):noes:
