I bet no one here's had this, I eat it all the time, its awesome, I mix two cans of tuna with spicy mustard, relish and hot sauce (something thick and flavourful, not like tobasco) so that it forms a salsa-like mixture, and scoop it up with unsalted tortilla chips like a dip, sometimes with melted low-fat cheese in with the tuna. Its just as good as nachos and salsa and its got 44g of protein. It takes about 2 seconds to make too. When I want it to taste really good I mix in some diced tomato and onion.

i like to eat my tuna like that... it's really good with sriracha hot sauce

i've never dunked chips in it, though... but on the regular, i do mix tuna with hot sauce and jalapeno mustard (kroger has it) and put it inside lettuce and eat it like a sandwich

everyone always has to nitpick every little detail of every post

ok, so take the amount of protein in YOUR cans of tuna, x2, and that is how much protein you will have when YOU make this snack.

    14g per serving
    serving per can?? 2.5

Ya to be honest I guessed approx what the protein content would be, I don't have any tuna in the house right now, ate the last two cans last night. This is a great snack for when your craving something to snack on with flavour, other than chicken breast and protein shakes.

Sounds fucking good. In. I think I might just mix tuna with some good salsa and cheese and use that instead though.

I've done that, but I find it has to be really hot salsa to taste as good as the other way, plus its more runny/ liquidy in consistency than the other way.

    Or you can try this...

    tuna
    hot sauce (for me tapatio)
    relish
    miracle whip
    hard boiled egg(s) chopped
    bread/toast

it has exactly 97.2345824465874163g of protein :hsugh:
