$1 ricearoni (chicken flavor, low sodium)
    $1 can of tuna

60+ grams, ~1200 calories. tastes good, easy to eat post workout and cheap as shit.

i got tired of macncheese, so this is a good alternative. any other cheap and effective meals?

With the amount of shit dumped into the ocean and the levels of mercury and cadmium we know exist in fish already... and the fact that tuna have like 10-12 times the metabolism of any other fish out there... they're an animal that begs to be questioned for consumption as far as I'm concerned.

I don't give a shit what you've read and :mb:

I'm looking 30 years down the line and since there are alternatives to tuna, I'll take those up. No sense in taking a calculated risk like that.
