My buddy came by today to detail his car and brought along a bunch of Riccardo clay bars

I always wanted to try these Poly-elastic clay bars since I hear nothing but great reviews on Autopia. Used it today and I am very impressed, seemed to pull everything off the surface (blue clay).

Does anyone know if Opti-clay is anything like the Riccardo?

Also I might be willing to part with a set (blue and yellow), PM if interested.

Opti-clay is more like traditional clay, but very effective in pulling crap off the paint and the bars hold up well.

Ive used it and I dont get what the big deal is. It seems more of a novelty affect being that it cannot be bought in the US.
