Honestly, half of the threads in the past couple of days have been: "I want to get TONED!" and "How can I get stronger?" or "How can I lose weight." Therefore, I think the beginners sticky should be in the sticky section and so should the toned and the Basic Newbie guide to fat loss. the protein should be in the archives, and the contests should be in the training logs section. also, the toned article should include some lines about how toning = low body fat (what you eat) and muscles (what you work out) so people that don't want to read the links can at least see that. anyone agree w/ me?
