Looking to get a revolver in the near future. what are some popular ones?
what for? Range use? HD? CCW?
1851 Colt Navy?
this is key.
I've got a S&W .357 L frame in stainless, 4" bbl.
You can pick 'em up for $250 used.
Durable, foolproof, and fun to shoot.
I carry a scandium j-frame .357 as a BUG or pocket gun. I love it. I'd skip the .357 and stick with .38spl if I had the choice again though
guns are bad....mmk?
Hoss, that the one at the GR?
a little much for a first-timer, amirite? like leaving a virgin at the hands of Max Hardcore.
Can't you just run .38spl rounds in your .357 though if you want a tamer recoil?
Correct me if I'm wrong but:
You can run .38spl in a .357, but not vice versa. Amirite?
correct. the point is, the .357 version is more expensive than the .38spl. I could have saved a bunch of money and just got the .38spl version.
The .357 is fun to let other people shoot though
Ah, well, that makes cents.
S&W 686 - .357mag ftw
still the nicest handgun ive ever shot
what are you going to use it for and what is your experience with guns? This is key, since you pretty much always have to balance things like weight, size, recoil, number of rounds it hold, ect.
i just googled for "s&w 500"
who WOULDNT want Max Hardcore as their first? he'll give you a prolapsed anus and urinate on your cold, writhing body when he's finished.
I like my GP100. Built like a tank, and shoots fairly well.
I've got a 686+ 6in. Fun gun to shoot. Looking for a j-frame in .38spl.
Fun with photoshop
Seems real enough to me.
6300 Swiss Francs not including VAT, but including delivery.
Not importable to the US because something with less punch than a weak pellet gun has been deemed too small by the ATF.
