    Well today I decided to start goen back to the gym since January. Back in Jan I was trying to get into the Volunteer fire department (didn't, but they told me to come back for next time and I have a very good chance of tryen to get in).

    Anyways fast forword to now I spoke with the Chief's @ the hall and they told me the next drive is in Fall/Spring so given that and the fact the middle of my back is weak, resulting in an injury by my shoulderblade. I've decided to go back!

    I manage to set a personal record for myself today I'm very proud of.

    25 minutes straight no stopping on the treadmill. Only 2.4km's but I can work on speeding that up for when I hafto do the beep test :bigthumb:

    Okay I'm not piss broke anymore, so now I'm getting another pass and loading up on suppliments.

    At 200lbs, looking at 235lbs.

    Havn't been able to hit the gym much :mad: I work 11am to 7:30pm so I'm usually to exhausted to work. Worken warehouse and lifting 50kg's all day ftl :wtc:
