    found one?
plug it in for a bit to make sure it gets a little charged, then hold down the top botton and the menu button for a while (15-30 sec) and see if it does anything :dunno:

Either turn it into your local police station or maybe an Apple or AT&T store as suggested above.

I don't know about the Apple or AT&T store, but usually the police will give an item back to you if the original owner isn't found in a few weeks or months or so.

if you still have it, PM me the IMEI from the back and i can contact the real owner and let them know you have it. might be a reward in it for you, if the owner wants. but dont turn it in to a store, most will keep it for them selves, this i know first hand and the police will do the same and bring it in to an att store to get it hooked up

i think there was something on dateline where they left ipods out and people stole them. when they connected them up, they phoned home and somehow law enforcement got involved

on a side note, i have yet to see a single person using an iphone. i've never actually seen one before, other than images online and in the newspaper etc

wow every one and their mama has one. i want one but i cant use it because of my account type. i need BB functionality. might get one on my personal line especially after seeing all the modding going on. and i dont think the phone, phones home. if you remove the sim and register it through itunes with your account it will be listed to you. unless you do am IMEI search, which i have offered to do. i would hate to pay that much for a phone and loose it

:noes: does your company that works hand in hand with apple come and steal it? or does it immediately burst into flames?

if you were a reasonable human being, you'd do what you can to find the owner of the phone, even if it meant *gasp* calling someone on their contacts list.

if you decide to do something other than that, you can eat a fucking dick
