As a first diet it can be useful : upping the protein intake, getting used to getting a little less carbs than people are generally used to, being used to eat the same stuff and most importantly being consistent. You have to try something before making changes to it, most people want to change a diet without even beginning it, they use it as an excuse to postpone it.

Nothing wrong with that diet IMO.

Endo's and people who train earlier in the day should adjust the carb cutoff though.

Sure thing. Right now I'm somewhere between 5'9 and 5'10, and I weighed 177 yesterday on the gym scale. Hopefully I'll get to around 190-195lbs by summer on this. Only been eating it about ~2 weeks so too early to tell, but I know my weight is up a little bit and I definitely feel healthier and more energized overall.

it's Pur's diet but with a few things added to bump up the total caloric intake
