reverse progress photos v. 2010

    I took 2 months off at the end of 2009 and lost considerable weight and strength. Benching was maxed at 225x1, squats are maxed at 225x4-5 and failed to break 405 off the ground. Also, I haven't attention whored in a while so hence the this thread.

    Present:
    Jeremy and Smb have definitely motivating me to try harder on my diet plan. Timber has always been an inspiration of course.

    Here's an example of me measured at 20.3% BF using a 3 point caliper method.

    Diet included stuff like bulk package of prosciutto from BJ's, fresh mozzarella, real bacon, tons of dark chocolate, butter and heavy cream. Pizza and Chinese food was the norm and I never eat Chinese food usually.

    BAD!!!

    Future:
    I want to hit mid teens to 11% by this summer.

    Right now, I'm in PR territory in all lifts while being 14-16lbs. lighter then when I set them.

    doesn't look like you lost alot of muscle at all and i think your lats got bigger

    What do you need penny pics of skinny? Bulk procutto package? 100+ bacon?

    Arms are down about an inch, and I see some size lost in the shoulders.

    The PT and I were both shocked. He said the 5 and 9 pt won't make that much of a difference. Perhaps 2%. So I'll be at maaaybe 18%. Still high enough for me to take actions.

    Anyhow, it's definitely a motivator for me as 6 yrs ago when I was diagnosed with high cholesterol with 35% body fat.

    Don't think this is any different from people with high body fat talking about being lean in here. Just the opposite. :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    Perhaps this is a call for some of you to lean up too (for health/aesthetics/gay websites).

    That's not 20 %.

    Why are you convinced you're 20% based on some retards 3 point test at Lifetime Fitness.

    Also, how did you lose so much strength? Going from benching 225 x 12 to 225 x1 in a matter of 2 months does not compute. You shouldn't lose strength like that. Everytime I've ever taken that much time off my bench will drop in half usually (regarding reps). I would expect 225 x 5 or 6 maybe.

    Something's not right here. Either you're trolling or your body has aids.

    Where in the abdomen? Suprailliac? Measured diagonally or vertically... if you remember.
    20% does seem high for the pic but wouldn't have thought you'd measure 30mm around the abs.

    I didn't track my caloric intake but it was probably around 1200 or less for that duration.

    Yeah sad. We all fall but come back stronger.

    Really questioning your pt's competence.
    Trying to measure different locations on the abs... none go over 6mm ...most are 4mm. Or maybe my caliper is off....
