Reverse lat pulldowns

    I do my pullups with my palms facing in, so regular lat pulldowns really don't help my pullups at all. Now if I do lat pulldowns but use the same grip I would when I do pullups, would have help me?

  5. do weighted pullups. this is what i did
    week 1 = 12x w/ 10lbs
    week 2 = 14x w/ 10lbs
    week 3 = 18x w/ 20lbs

    that's assuming he can do 12 @ bw..
