I'm 24, little over 6 foot, and weigh 160 (I know). I haven't worked out for a couple months. Before this I worked out for a couplef years taking off one or two months every three or four months. I'm trying to get back to it, and actually stick around for a while. I have worked out since 15, I've just taken lots of breaks. I'm going to work out in about an hour. I'll be starting at beginner weights, 135 bench 135 squat etc., I feel comfortable that I perform all my exercises correctly, my form doesn't need work. Should I begin on the Rippetoe strength program, the Bill Starr program, or should I skip strait to the bodybuilding routine stickied at the top of the forum? Also, I'd appreciate any other suggestions as well.
