My dumbass question for the week... Does cottage cheese blend up well? (i.e become smooth and creamy or do just end up with smaller chunks?). I'd like to add it to my last meal of the day, but I cannot fucking stand the texture, literally makes me gag. If it blends well then I'll pick some up and just throw it in with a scoop of whey and some water and down it, but I don't want to end up with pile of minced curds at the bottom of the cup.
