So my bicep imbalance is driving me crazy and I am wonder what you guys generally do to target an imbalance???

My left arm is now almost a full inch bigger than my right arm. I believe this is due to bone chips in my right elbow. The odd thing is my right arm seems to be stronger even though my left arm is larger :dunno:

I have the same problem, for what ever reason the insertion points are different as is the shape of the muscle. Mine's about 1/2" diff so when I do curls I'll do an extra set or two for the smaller arm. We'll see if it helps.

Same in my quads. Have osgood schlatters in my right knee... and my left quad is .5" bigger than my right up in the middle of my leg... and I can bet in the "teardrop" section it is like 1-1.5" bigger lol.

I fucking HATE it, so I'm just incorporating more single leg exercises.

So I should follow up with extra sets for the small arm ??? Should I add some concentration curls for that arm only at the end of my normal bicep day?

It just seems odd that the small arm is stronger.

I have the same fucking problem. Left bi is considerably smaller but I can always get a rep or two more out of it.

    Same problem here.

There is no way to change the insertion points/shape. Use DB for everything.
