Sup brolies, gonna need some help here. About two weeks ago I started putting on weight fast, about 10lbs in 2 days. I've been watching my diet and it hasnt changed much, I have to conclude that I'm retaining water because of the fast jump in weight plus I dont pee every 2 hours like I used to. I take in a least a galon of water a way, usally more, is there any natural way to flush the water out? I feel bloated and constipated (even though I'm not).
