results from this type of diet??

    say all you ate for every meal was a bunch of fish, a banana or two, and some almods/nuts?

    and if you were hungry between meals ate another banana...pretty much like a gorilla.

    one of bateman's comments a while back had me thinking of this. what if you seriously ate like an animal could you expect good gains with minimal fat gains if your resistance training was hard enough?

    As long as you meet your bodies requirments without going over, you won't have fat storage. The problem is that the bodies needs vary daily.

    IMO the best diet is the one you can stick to. If you eat foods that make you happy, it's a shitload easier.

    Yah I've been cutting since April 28... I am to the point to where I can block out the hunger calls, and I've lost bf and maintained muscle, which is very surprising to me because I don't have a surplus of muscle. I am 170 right now at 5'10'' and I would love to get down to 6%bf but I have just been so :o lately with everything.

    I'm probably at 10% right now and I am thinking of going on a permanent clean bulk and just switch up and completely intensify my weight training and maintain 30 min low intensity cardio at least once a day. :dunno:

    today is my birthday and I was supposed to be at a WAY lower bf% than I am, but its ok.... I think I'll go for the muscle now

    foods that make me happy (PB&J, Wendy's Triple Stacks, chocolate milk, etc) also make me fat...

    :wtc:

    I make up for it by eating a lot of steak which helps but I still miss my pretaining PB&J with a big glass of chocolate milk.

    not the way I make them...

    I like to load up so much PB&J on the sucker it's close to 1000cals. Which is exactly why I was a fat sack of shit 6 months ago.

    My son is 6 and has abs, he eats PB&J like its going out of style. Maybe you need to start training like a 6 year old? :mamoru:

    I had abs all the time growing up but now I have to sit at a fucking desk instead of playing outside for 8-10 hours. So I can't eat like I used to. Oh well, I'm still jacked & tan. :rofl:

    Yeah, I hate the fact that I can't just "eat when I'm hungry" and maintain a low bf. Thats what my quest is for now, to be able to eat whenever I'm hungry...so the choice of foods ha to change. I figure, if I'm at 10% now...eating lots of fish,fruits,vegetables and thats it should help me to gain mass slowly, and with that comes an easier time losing bf :hs:

    Well my progress has been weird... I've maintained my weight, but obviously lost bodyfat. And its only weird because I was in a pretty big caloric deficit each day I expected to lose a lot of weight. It was really hard at first being so hungry but you get used to it and I can block out the hunger most times.

    I think Im gonna stop short of my goal on change it up a bit. I do want to get to 6% though

    I started out at 171lbs @ 5"10 around 14%bf if I had to guess. Didn't get measured before I started :o

    dieting since April? not really, I've been doing it. When you're 20+% BF it's not that hard to diet for a long time.
