if you set a restore point...then you can use the "system restore" feature in XP to do this.

    What OS are you running?

There is a System Restor feature in Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools >System Restore.

However, if you did not recently Set a restor point it is unlikely you can go "back in time." Installing new drivers sometiems automatically setup a restore point for you, just incase the install is bad and you need to go back. But besides that i can't think of anything that would set a restore point automatically.

Why are you wanting to restore PC to a few months ago?

I've never had any luck using the XP system restore, but good luck.

I remember reading another one of your posts regarging the https sites.

How about just doing a format and be done with it?
