Restart and now i have a .mac icon on my menu bar

    never seen it before and i dont know how to get it off

    the icon is the isync arrows

    cmd + drag it off.

    You can also toto the .Mac system prey and uncheck the box to show the icon in the menu.

    is there any way to get iDisk out of the left column on the finder? I don't use .mac at all.

    Mac OS X is the king of drag drop.... drag that shit outta there. no command key required

    there is, type ".mac" into spotlight.. then under sync tab down the bottom.

    its amazing what you can type into spotlight. :eek3:

    I think you need a .mac account to see all of that because it won't let you click the other tabs unless you enter an email and password on the first tab.

    that's ok, it should be gone now and not show up

    :werd: and since i dont have a .mac account i have nothing to enter to be able to see the other tabs
