Rest today or tomorrow

    If you were to take a day of rest, and you know that you're going to have lack of sleep in one of these 2 days (~6 hours of sleep), which day would you lift, and which would you rest? Say last night I had 6 hours of sleep, but tonight I know I'll have 8, would you rather lift today or tomorrow?

    For me, personally, I won't lift on days my body tells me it's too tired. This usually translates into 2 days/week, the other 5 days on. Numbers of hours of sleep per night really doesn't mean much to me - I'll lift if I get 4 hours or 8 hours of sleep if my body tells me it can. 5am crew ftw :hs:

    I'd still be lifting both today and tomororw, but that's my routine.

    well in my case, i lift 2days straight, rest, 2 days straight, rinse and repeat. i have poker nights often during the weekdays and end up sleeping relatively late, so i sort of want to plan my lifting around it.
