Where is the best "bang for your buck" available online to buy? How much would I be looking to spend? $40-$50?

Are you talking about like Jump Stretch bands, or bands with handles?

Any idea how much? I think I found a set on eBay for $35 shipped for like a set of 4. 1 Ultra, 1 Strong, 1 Normal, and 1 Easy. Or however the scale is.
