Resetting memory options?

I was going around on www.tweakxp.com and I was messing around with some of my memory settings in my registry.

It turns out I did something that my computer doesn't like and some error messages pop up every once in awhile.

I tried putting back all the tweaks I performed, but I still have the same problem. Is there anyway I can reset all these back to default? If not then I might have to reformat.

    BTW: I have Windows XP

    Thanks in advance

You know what? I really don't know, lol.

Something "fatal memory error (a bunch of letters and numbers here)."

Usually when the error pops up I can close it, but some times it lags the computer so bad that I have to restart.

    :uh:
