Im 18 years old, weighing in at 200 pounds being 6'1"... Last summer I lost about 50 pounds from running, but i still ate whatever I wanted. I stopped running because of the winter storm, and I'm eager to start up again. At this point I just want to lose fat, and alot of it. I have little to no muscle, and I have man tits. Did I manage to paint a picture for you yet? I just want a break down on how to eat healthy since I nver did before. Im willing to go all out on the diet part. So dont hold back. As for exercising I might try hiit for 30 days to see where it gets me. But I would prefer OTs advice first. PS: The dieting is gonna start tomorro so I need advice on this first so I can go out and buy everything. And the exercises are gonna start on the weekdays. PSS: I have no weights/bench/nor gym membership, and I have no car. Just to inform you before you try to help. Thanks in advance.
