Im 18 years old, weighing in at 200 pounds being 6'1"... Last summer I lost about 50 pounds from running, but i still ate whatever I wanted. I stopped running because of the winter storm, and I'm eager to start up again.

At this point I just want to lose fat, and alot of it. I have little to no muscle, and I have man tits. Did I manage to paint a picture for you yet?

I just want a break down on how to eat healthy since I nver did before. Im willing to go all out on the diet part. So dont hold back. As for exercising I might try hiit for 30 days to see where it gets me. But I would prefer OTs advice first.

PS: The dieting is gonna start tomorro so I need advice on this first so I can go out and buy everything. And the exercises are gonna start on the weekdays.

PSS: I have no weights/bench/nor gym membership, and I have no car. Just to inform you before you try to help.

    Thanks in advance.

Taken from Pur's diet suggestion. You may be able to get away with a bit less protein since you won't really be lifting. But for the most part, these are the foods and macros you want in your diet.

    DIET

    meal 1
    6 eggwhites 2 yolks
3/4 cup oatmeal water or 1% milk
    one scoop whey protein
    meal2
    can of tuna
    1/2 cup rice
    light italian dressing(olive oil)
    meal 3
    6-8oz chicken
    5oz sweet potato
    1/2 cup green beans
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    meal 4
    1 can of tuna
    1/2 cup rice
    light italian (olive oil)
    train
    meal 5
    2 scoops whey, 1 gatorade
    meal 6
    6-8oz sirloin or steak
large dinner salad with red wine vinegar/olive oil

As far as weight training goes, if you can't get anywhere to train do this:

    - Pushups. Lots of pushups. Work with different angles if you can.

    - Chair dips (you have chairs right?). This hits your triceps pretty good.

    - Purchase a pullup bar and install it somewhere in your place. This will help a lot because you get to use 2 or 3 different grip styles to target different areas.

    - If you're serious about getting in shape, it might be worth it to purchase a large inflated ball thing a couple of 30lb dumbbells. It'll probably run you about $50-80 but you'll have tons of variation of things to do with these two items:
    - DB bench presses
    - curls
    - tricep kickbacks
    - DB shoulder press
    - DB lunges
    - over head DB squats
    - DB deadlifts
    etc...

Take this advice and you'll be golden.
