Ive been lifting for a year this march, and started out at like 126-ish, got up to 145 over the winter but the last few months i've been working 60-65 hour weeks in a damn 106 degree kitchen. I'm low on energy, have lost weight I guess due to stress and my lifts haven't gone anywhere in 3 months. Suggestions?

Ok. Are there any good quick meals that you know of? I cook all damn day and don't care much for doing it at home.

I'm about to go get some ON chocolate whey I think and a blender. We had a banquet a few weeks ago and I ate entirely too much beef tartar and kobe beef. That shit was amazing.
