    Yeah, former bodybuilder turned athlete. Still retained some relevant knowledge like dieting, basic lift principles, and some advanced ones although no longer relevant. I was hoping one of you guys could find me an article that goes more in depth with jumping rope? I would do HIIT if i could, but its high impact and less convenient.

    Man, transitioning from high frequency hypertrophy to being an athlete was kinda rough. In the end, all that sarcoplasm fucked me cardio wise.
