I know this has been brought up in the past
everytime i do a spread lat pose..it comes out retarded lol
I don't know how I could tell someone this over the net. It's something that needs to be done in person and recorded and practiced over an over. I was lucky in that I had a natural flow. I also had problems with the lat spread for a long time.
where's filmy when you need him
i pm'ed pur about this a while ago...it was regarding how to do a lat spread, but he said that he should be making a video or something for us sometime near may
ack, i see what you mean BDR
but even basic descriptions might help, i dunno I think Pur even mentioned a while back that he was thinking of doing an EDU for this
i will make a vid, originally i was getting ready before my tear so i was gonna make it in show shape. I will just get one on phone or something during a back day
I'll teach you all how to do a double back bicep pose.
in on one
you mean juan
In for this one
I think that's also my most difficult one to do... though lack of width could also be the problem. Flexing the thighs as well... I read somewhere though you try to push your feet into the floow without going on your toes? Is this true? I've been watching all the Zane vids on youtube over and over to get an idea.
