Rep And Set Range For Chest Exercises?

    What are your guys set and rep range for the following exercises? To make this not so broad lets start with just Chest. Flat,Incline, or Decline exercises mainly ,but you can add in others as well. Lets hear them.

    I only do flat bench, which is about 5-7 sets usually. I usually do somewhere between 2-10 reps.

    any free weight pressing movements 6-12
    cable movements 12-15

    depends on my goals.

    strength or cutting, 5 sets of 5 reps

    size, 3 sets of 8-12 reps

    3-4 sets, 8-12 reps

    Flat BB - 3 sets, 8-12 reps
    Decline BB - 3 sets, 8-12 reps
    DB Flys (perfect form) - 3 sets, 8 reps

    6-12 is a pretty broad rep range.

    bb bench - 5-6 sets 1-10 reps
    incline bb bench -3-4 sets 3-10 reps
    incline db press - 3 sets 6-10 reps
    flys - 3 sets 6-10
    dips - 3 sets 6-10
