I can't believe all these people are saying it was that bad. I only heard good things about it.

I haven't seen it myself yet

It can't be bad! It has Johnny Depp. Off course, I suppose the man is not infallible...

its not that bad. the plot is kind of all over but the movies is not like dreamcatcher bad. IMO there are one to many characters envolved. l enjoyed it enough that it will probably be in my collection sooner or later

i liked it, but the plot was kinda weird and way to much spanish....you need to understand some spanish to pick up who some characters are and what they're saying and the impact on the situation

I still need to see it. I've seen Desperado, but not El Mariachi. Is that one any good? Netflix sent it once but it was broken when it got here.

Hm...sucks? Wow, harsh. You have to realize that this movie is not completely realistic, hence the title "Once Upon A Time...". Johnny Depp is great, specifically when he buys "chicle" from the little boy and then tells him, "Now F--- Off".
