or how I like to call them "K2 Widowmaker". Has anyone here seen these or done these? They look relatively easy, but under load and speed it take a lot out of you. I've only started doing them before I got sick, but got to a max of around 25kg/55lb db's x 4-5 reps (but cardio is my weakest area). It's a, I think, decent full body work out.
