or how I like to call them "K2 Widowmaker".

Has anyone here seen these or done these? They look relatively easy, but under load and speed it take a lot out of you. I've only started doing them before I got sick, but got to a max of around 25kg/55lb db's x 4-5 reps (but cardio is my weakest area).

It's a, I think, decent full body work out. Which I can't wait for winter to really get into (too hot now).

Quick example I could find on YouTube:

Thx ccrooks, doesn't work for no subs?

So thoughts on the exercise as a whole?

Ah thx ccrooks, funny I knew that and had done it before. D'oH!

Yes it's probably some crossfit shit, but I'm looking to put more fully body stuff into my routine and a mate directed me. It's a nicer alternative to cleans, well for me.

Can you link to 'THE BEAR' routine, or is it made up. Can't tell with you.

Shit that sounds mean. Going from a back squat to a push press ... my shoulders hurt just reading it.

Ah I see it's crossfit stuff as well

Well you use lighter loads because you'll feel like death after a couple of sets.

BB/DB complexes are great for conditioning, just not a fan of starting laying down on the floor :p

Yeah I know that. The pushup, one arm pullup part really make 'you' look like a tool in any gym.
