not sure if this is the right place, move me if needed..
my 'rx has a big ass STI style wing that the previous owner put on. i want to get rid of it. is my only option to remove it, bondo the holes, and get the whole trunk painted? any ideas of how much this would cost? or is there any other ways that i didnt think of.

only other option i thought of was CF trunk.. but i dont know if i like those or not.. seem 2 be a bit expensive going for like $600 where ive looked

The composite trunk like will cost you about the same to remove the wing, metal fill (the only proper way) the holes and reshoot the trunk lid.

    :hsugh:

:werd: and you could always scout around classifieds or buy a cheap trunk from a junkyard and respray it.

Yea, i guess he shouldn't spend 3 seconds to check, he should just drop 500 on a new trunk lid without researching.
