Bought a 59 caddy that was parked in a heated storage building for the past 22 years. It smells like an old trunk out of granny's attic. I'm replacing the carpet but need to remove the smell from the seats, interior door panels, etc. Anyone have any suggestions? Leather and cloth seats and side panels are in good shape and I don't want to damage them.

Probably will need a good cleaning (see product list and detailing edu) and then find a shop that has an ozone generator to remove whatever smells remain.

    Pics of the Caddy? :x:

i have a ozone machine to remove smellls, if your a pro you should look into buying one. I bought mine for 500 bucks, and it pays for itself in a few times. Since many shops around me dont have this machine, i charge alot to put it in. I do an interior cleaning and I will charge 60 bucks and up to leave it in their for about 30 mintues.
