removing icons from menu bar

    I know that you can hold down command and remove most icons, but I can seem to get it to remove little snitch.... :dunno:

    I can't. I uninstalled the app and the little thing on the menu bar won't go away...

    Try quitting it first and running AppZapper to clear everything out.

    system preferences
    accounts
    login items
    delete it if it's on the list
    restart

    if not

    install it again
    uncheck it in preferences
    uninstall

    Little Snitch did this to me as well when I DL'ed it the first time and it was running on the trial version for a few hours.

    After the trial ended, it eventually went away.

    did you use it's uninstaller?

    alternatively use spotlight to search your ~/Library folder for anything to do with little snitch, i'd guess it would be somewhere in there..
