as pussy as it sounds, i would like to know if it will be a good idea to remove deadlifts onto my back workouts. heres why: fall 05, i maxed out at 425lb and that wasnt my plateau. 2 weeks after that, i got a lowerback injury warming up with bb goodmornings and didnt hit the gym for a week after that. 1 week went by, did moderate weight lifting and went easy on the back. half a year later, i still cannot lift above 335lb on the deadlift or else my back will start to feel "tight" like its gonna pop. on the side, when i lay down and try to make an "L" shape of myself against the wall, my lowerback will get into deep pain. their was also a time where i was holding my right leg to stretch them, i leaned over too far and i just got a deep pain in my lowerback
if i lay off the deads for a good month, will i get back to full recovery and be able to dead heavyweight again ?

I wouldn't remove them altogether...I'd just decrease the weight.
