As you can see, I'm a total noob when it comes to constructing/deconstructing a system. :o

I'm thinking when it comes time to tear apart my Dell and throw it in a new case, w/new mobo, new atx powersupply, how do I remove the processor from the dell mobo?

Is there a lever that unlocks and pops out the cpu (I ask cause I think I've seen this before somewhere) or do I simply pull on the processor with my fingers to pull it out?

Will I need to use any arctic silver (<--I dunno what this stuff is and how do I apply it) or do I simply plug my cpu into my new mobo? And can I take my old HSF w/me or do I need to purchase a new one?

(I'm sorry for all the stoopid questions...I'm glad no one can see me blushing right now.)
    :o :o :o
