Is there any way to use a computer remotely with out having it log out of that person? Like just take over and control? I used to use RealVNC about 6/7 years ago, but was wondering if Remote Desktop could do it. Thanks

On a XP server? No. On W2K3? Yes. If the person is using the computer, you can use Remote Assist to... well... assist.

GoToMyPC is a great product for this purpose. It's not free, though.

If nothing else, your definition of "server" needs to be more clearly explained. A server running Windows Server 2000 or 2003 allows multiple simultaneous user sessions -- one local, two remote -- so theoretically you shouldn't need any special software at all. A computer running Windows XP, but performing the duties of a server, will not allow such connections without violating the terms of your license agreement.
