So I connect to my uncle's computer at his office via Remote Desktop from home to print some things to his printer, but I keep getting an error saying the printer is not attached. He can print to it no problem locally. I am trying to find out if it is a printer issue (Lexmark X4200 series) or what. I can't find anything about remote desktop on Lexmark's website. The printer is connected via USB and I see it fine when I choose the printer. Anyone have any experience on this? I can also print files from his computer to my local printer no problem.
