    Varmint model or no?

Eventually I want to get a new stock and have it accept detachable magazines. Badger Ord probably. :hs:

I can find the Varmint model anywhere. Impactguns told me it was a 3 month wait. I can more likely find the regular SPS model easier.

The only difference I see is that the barrel is longer and there is a different twist on the Varmint model. Is there anything else? :hsd:

I have the varmit but I'm getting the barrel chopped to accept a silencer. I like the varmit model i dunno about the twist rate. I could have gotten the tactical, but i got the varmit instead.

I'm looking for a nice wood stock for this gun, or a really nice black synthetic stock. Thsi guy found a really nice stock for it.

A good wood stock is hard to find, especially with an HB inlet. Just buy a McMillan, moneybags. Of course the wait time is approximately 5 months :o

    Old school Remington 40X stock.

Manner's stocks wait time is faster.

So are a dozen other companies, and none of them offer the selection that McMillan does or have the track record of quality.
