    Can you say one-sided fight?

All Ken had to say was "patience"

Season 3 is much improved...good fights. What do you guys think of Matt Hamill being over aggressive?

also did you guys see that Randy Couture directTV commercial? pretty cool

Is it just me, or is Shamrock a moron? Seriously, for being such a great fighter, he is one of the worst mentors.

I like how Shamrock yelled like twice during the whole fight, nice coaching :hsugh:

Ya know, Bisping was dominant but not like all the hype has described him :dunno:

Good fight. I was a little worried when Mike took that first kick to the head.

    .

I wholeheartedly agree with your entire post but as far as bowing out with grace, he's past that point now he can't anymore. He's like a wounded animal, he's got something to prove now, and unfortunately for him he's gonna keep on tryin to prove it. I can't wait for next weeks ep tho, its the one we've all been waiting for " Im gonna smash your little head":rofl: The more I watch this show the more I start to see Tito as bein just a regular dude man, all the little fuck fuck games he's payin with Shamrock's head is stuff that i'm pretty sure any member in here would play.

After watching the show, I am not surprised the Lions Den folded. Ken is screwed in terms of ever opening a good dojo - he has to keep fighting now, I sure as hell wouldnt pay to get "coached" by him. LOL @ preview for next week, Ken to Tito: "Im gonna smash your LITTLE head in!"

Thats the first time, I ever heard anybody refer to Tito's head as little.

I guess I just thought he'd be more explosive :dunno:

Just didn't look like he was very quick or hit that hard imo :hsd:

Yeah Kristian really looked flat-footed . . . I wonder if that knee had anthing to do with it. :dunno:

I wonder why Tito is holding Matt Hamill back. Does he think that Matt is learning a ton from the training practices, enough so to risk losing control to Shamrock or Matt getting hurt in practice?

I also want to see Tait fight. This guy talks a lot of smack to the camera about his fellow contestants. I want to see how good he is.

Why must Shamrock make it so hard for someone to root for him. I can't seem to cling on to anything that would keep me being a fan. :sad2:
