remind me how to recalb my battery

    Whats the procedure again, and how often should i do it, did when i frist got my macbook but not since thats like 2-3 months

    on a PB simply run it completely dead and let the book cut itself off, then charge back up all the way to 100%.

    Macbook,....... dunno... same way?

    Unplug it, let it charge all the way down until it shuts off. DON'T PLUG IT IN. Let it sit for about 5-6 hours completely dead. then plug it in, let it charge for about 5-10 minutes, then turn it back on.

    I do this once a week.

    that is not the procedure. running the battery dry is a part of it, but i recall something from apple's knowledge base about holding certain buttons down for like 10 or so seconds before rebooting and using the battery again....

    I read the macbook pro manual. thats what it said to do.

    it may be different for different computers.
