Steve Rogers was Still Captain America...
Eddie Brock was Venom, and it was good...
Spider-Man hadn't unmasked himself to anyone but MJ...
Carnage was alive and not a corpse in orbit...
    Ronin was Hawkeye...
Wolverine was the only Mutant with Claws and a Healing Factor...
Prof. X was confined to a Wheelchair...
and the only other color Hulk came in, was Gray? And it was Banner?

    Later Good Marvel :sadwavey:

by keeping it real, you surely must mean by killing batman and bringing back 100,000 of supermans people?

Well Kandor was inevitable, they always had it sitting there and were just waiting for the time to bring it back.

Bucky as Cap has been great so far, that last arc about Human Torch's remains was sick
    im with you there
i thought it was a cool avenue to go down in the logical character evolution, and it was far better than this BND shit
who cares, we have Toxin walking the streets on nyc
    im with you there

Toxin is not Kletus Cassedy. :(
I do like Bucky as Cap... but Steve was an actual WW2 icon...

I wish Civil War hadn't happened. The results were pointless. It made Tony Stark look like a douchebag, ultimately killed cap, and the major portion of the event (Spidey's unmasking), wound up getting "erased".

I do like X-23. So I guess I really shouldn't have bitched about that one. I'm lovin' her in X-Factor.

I enjoy how they're showing that Bucky is having a difficult time taking the mantle of Captain America, because his methods are far different than Steve Rogers' was, but the time came to have a darker Captain America, so it fits with the Dark Reign story... No one would have wanted Steve Rogers to have to be involved with it, not at all.

I miss Eddie Brock as Venom, I missed how it came to be the other guy, been trying to catch up on Venom as much as I can. Same goes for Carnage, I missed what happened there, I just knew he was gone, Toxin is his offspring, but Cletus Kasady is what made Carnage, well, Carnage. He was unhinged and it worked well.

I can understand the Spidey and Ronin/Hawkeye bits, their storylines aren't something I've folled very thoroughly, I'm pained to admit.

Wolverine wasn't always technically the only one, Sabretooth did as well, though not the way Wolverine did. I loved the whole intertwining of Sabretooth, Omega Red and his carbonadium, and Cyber with his skin... all of those foes of Wolverine always gave me something enjoyable to read... Even the whole Shiva robot thing and it's wacked out fuckeduppedness was ok. I enjoy following the new stories with Daken, I'm probably one of a very few, and I'm catching up on the X-23 debacle now, it's a character new to me only from X-Force so far.

I always preferred Proffessor X chairbound, because when he was walking in the astral plain it was always kind of a mindfuck for everyone else. I know he had many ways of getting around and a variety of suits or healings or whathaveyou, but I always loved him playing the feeble cripple who could kill your ass with just a mere thought :o

Hulk, as far as I'm concerned, was best when he had Banner's Intellect as the Hulk, but Hulk's intellect as Banner, proving that the struggle wasn't always just one sided :o

    but thats me
