rehband knee sleeves v. buy the new ones or look for the old ones?

    old ones are thicker. I have them. they are amazing

    just tend to smell when used a lot

    i read the old ones are thicker and some are concerned they might bunch up when doing ass to grass squats. do you have any experience with that being a problem?

    it helps powerlifters move heavy weight.

    and it helps old guys move light weight. :big grin:

    for realz though, i seem to have issues with my knees frequently. i havent squatted in a week but my right knee/behind the knee feels swollen. :dunno:

    i constantly seem to be screwing up my knee somehow, not just lifting but surfing, playing on the beach, all kinds of crap messes them up.

    no. the rehband sleeves are going to keep your knees warm, helping prevent injury. if you're looking for support, a wrap would be better

    i didn't notice any of my numbers move up, but it did keep my knees warm

    knee wraps help you lift more. they're pretty damn uncomfortable and i'm not sure they help prevent injury either.

    knee sleeves just help prevent injury

    yea i dont know if they help move more weight, i was just babbling. i do think i heard they help prevent injury which is what i want them for.
