Regression Pics 06 - 07 !

    I used to eat about 6-8 meals a day, and took supplements. Now i usually eat 2-3meals a day mostly fast food, and smoke. I still take multi vitamins and sometimes superpump 250 before a workout. I'm trying to get my old body back.

    I'm thinking about starting to use supplements again, anyone got any suggestions. Maybe something that could help with muscle memory ?
    I know eating is the biggest part, but i don't have access to a kitchen and i cant always go offbase to get grocery, i usually just eat alot of hot pockets, ritz, grits, and pb+wheat sandwiches.

    creatine, decent PWO shake, eaa's. i took some other supplements too, like hmb, etc. I never took roids or any of that stuff. i stayed away from caffeine too.

    heres a excerpt of one of the meals i used to follow.
    Pre-Meal
    Meal 1: 2scoop whey + 1 cup oats
    Meal 2: 8oz chicken + 2 slice wheat bread
    Meal 3: same as 2
    Pre-meal
    Meal 4: 4egg whites + 2whole eggs, 1cup white rice, 2 small potatoes
    Meal 5: 5g creatine, 1scoop bcaa+eaa's/1g hmb, then PWO + ala
    Meal 6: 2scoop shake
    Meal 7: 8oz chicken + 1 cup peas
    Meal 8: 2scoop casein mix
    Pre-bed

    i would like to do what i did last year, but its pretty hard to get 1-2lbs of chicken in a day. When i could only go to the grocery store once a week. and my mini fridge could only fit so much :(.

    joined the Marines. i live on a base now, so its not as easy to stay on a meal plan.

    Oh alright, well I suggest increasing the food intake as much as you can and just continuing to work out when time allows.
