    what does
    "Incline DB Press-2x12-20" mean as opposed to "Incline Press-2x12-20?"

    Also, does "2x 12-20" mean, two sets each ranging from 12-20 reps?

    Also, request that you answer the question first and flame second. :joshers:

    1) DB is dumbell, incline press is BB, at least thats my take
    2) yes, it means 2 sets of a max 20 or min 12 reps (aim for 15?)
