regaining leg strength

    few years ago, my legs were in pretty good shape. 6', 165 or so, and this was my squat work out.

    185 x10 warm up
    225 x10
    275 x10
    315 x10

    how long do you think it take me to get back into that shape? i naturally have strong legs, but havn't squatted for a while...
