rest diet blah blah.
you'll get used to it. i find cee helps me recover pretty quick.
after a week or two of working out regularly you shouldnt really get too sore anymore. i'm never sore the day after working out unless i take a break for a week or something
work out harder and you will be
I work out hard and I don't get sore all the time, unless, like the guy above said, I take a week off.
The only way I get consistently sore is if I overload myself with volume
i like the soreness... gives me a feeling of gratification, like i accomplished something.
I get sore after EVERY workout everytime
